Processing time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Prescription and compounded medication orders require a clinical eligibility review before they ship — our clinical team will contact you after purchase to complete intake before your order is dispensed.

Shipping methods & costs We ship via USPS/UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery estimates Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days after processing. Compounded medications ship from our SCRIPT-certified pharmacy partner and may have separate timelines communicated directly to you.

In-office pickup Customers purchasing in-office visits or treatments do not require shipping — appointments are scheduled directly with our Corona, CA office.
