Lab work and office visit (3 month supply)
Please note these products require a Telehealth appointment. After purchase, you will receive a notification of your request along with Q&A's to initiate your order. Once received, a Medical Provider will initiate treatment, or follow up with you for any additional questions. After your visit is approved, the pharmacy will mail your product directly to you. There will also be labs required, which is included in the cost. There will be a follow up appointment every 3 months for continued refills and labs.
