How the medication cost works
Your $125/month membership covers your clinical care — consultation, medical clearance, prescribing, and ongoing provider access. Foundayo™ itself is billed separately by the pharmacy, and eligible members can also access savings through Eli Lilly's manufacturer savings program to help lower that cost.
